Hi Sierra! As a single dad living in Mexico I took up the mandolin for something to do at night. Now I'm hooked. What an inspiration you are! Part is no doubt God given, but as a "learner" I know how much you have put into this to come so far. Thank you for your amazing, beautiful music and all it took to make it.I'd write more but I'm off to buy your CD's! God bless and continued success, you've earned it.

Sierra, might I just start out by saying you and your sound just captures my heart! Saw you for the first time on youtube, so of course I had to see if you had a web page. I think your amazing, praise God for someone like you. You are blessed and talented beyond words. I don't mean to impose or anything and if you don't mind me asking but are you single?

God Bless,

Sierra, what can i say... i'm lovin your "secrets" cd. i first saw your cd in an "illinois entertainer mag" and thought, Ron Block, Alison Krauss, this girls gotta have something going on. so i thought i'd take a chance and order up. well, this was a no-risk purchase. i am so impressed i can't stop listening to it. from the article i read, i was pretty sure you could play, and you can definatly play. but they didn't express enough, how good of a song writter you are. and that sweet voice...(mmm)..it's as smooth and soothing as dove chocolate. anyway...this is a first class cd in every way, thanks for putting it out there. all the best, from chicagoland, the land of not enough bluegrass, or green grass for that matter. p.s. i love that pic on front of your cd. you know, the one of you hugging your mandolin like it's your best friend. makes me want to go to the shelter, and adopt my own little mandolin. wishing you a life full of sunshine and smiles, eric jaeger.

Sierra,
I saw your mini-documentary about "secrets" on you tube, and decided to buy your album on iTunes. I have had it about 15 minutes now and am getting blown away! It's all there...the writing, the harmony, the melodies, Ron's banjo, the band...my new favorite album!
Thanks!

Someone sent me a link to the YouTube Roanoke video and it was the first time I had ever seen you play. I've been playing for 30 years and watched in amazement. God has given all of us gifts and I'm pretty sure I know what yours is.

I hope you'll always be able to keep your feet on the ground and to remember where you came from. It's a good place. -John Simmons

Stumbled across the CD and boy am I a happy camper! Well done! The first time I saw you whipping out the Adam Steffey intro to "Everytime You Say Goodbye," I was an instant fan. And you seem to be a fine human being, as well. Good for you! :-)
