Nice performance in Copley Square, Boston on Saturday. Singing solo brings out the improved strength in your voice. Too bad it rained, but what can you do about the fall weather in New England? And thank you for indulging my souvenir-collecting (the set list). As you become big & famous, don't lose that sweet disposition and friendly demeanor. It complements the great talent we can all see & hear. Have a happy and fruitful freshman year at Berklee, and we'll catch you on the bluegrass fest circuit in 2010, when Spring arrives. Stay warm!

Dear Ms. Hull,
Due to an unforeseen set of circumstances, I had to make a forced landing with the airplane I was ferrying from Richmond, VA to Davis, CA at Jamestown, TN (managed but Mr. Lonnie Hull) just a week and a bit ago. While waiting (over the weekend) for replacement parts to be delivered, I happened to be advised by a deputy of the Byrds Town Sheriff's Department that a Bluegrass Festival was 'fixin' to start in about 8 minutes' just a few blocks away from the station house... 'Nuff said. I attended and was stricken!
You and your ensemble turned what could have been a weekend of frustration into a time of joy! You really hooked me with 'Secrets', and I have always been moved by 'That's The Way Love Goes'...
Since returning to California, I've shared your CD with a couple of my friends who are also Bluegrass fans. We're all agreed: You've got it, girl. Keep it coming!
